Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
reconsideration of CSSB 29(RLS) be taken up on the same day.

And so, CSSB 29(RLS) passed the House on reconsideration.                      
                                                                               
Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll           
call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the             
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.           
                                                                               
CSSB 29(RLS) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and                     
returned to the Senate.                                                        
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that the House would stand at ease to allow                 
members of the Senate to enter the Chamber; and so, the House stood            
at ease at 11:16 a.m.
